FleetSync

FleetSync is a Chrome extension plus a Google Apps Script that syncs your Turo bookings to your Google Calendar.

FleetSync sends us nothing

There is no FleetSync server. The Chrome extension reads your upcoming Turo trips using your own logged-in Turo session and shows them in a tab; that data is cached only in your browser (chrome.storage.local) and never leaves your device. The paid Google Apps Script runs entirely inside your own Google account — it reads your Turo booking emails from your Gmail and creates events in your Google Calendar under your own credentials. We never see, receive, or store any of it.

The only thing collected

At purchase, ThriveCart receives your email and first name to deliver your license and provide support. No Turo, calendar, or booking data is ever sent to ThriveCart or to us. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use (FleetSync)

FleetSync's handling of information from Google APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: data is used only to provide the user-facing features described in the listing (showing your Turo trips and syncing them to your calendar); it is not transferred to others except to operate license delivery (ThriveCart) or as required by law; it is never used for advertising; and no human reads it except with your explicit consent, for security, or where legally required.

Uninstalling FleetSync

Remove the extension from Chrome (right-click the icon → "Remove," or use chrome://extensions/) and all locally cached data is deleted. To remove the Apps Script, delete the FleetSync project at script.google.com. To delete your license record from ThriveCart, email [email protected].

FleetGuardian

FleetGuardian is a Chrome extension that helps car-sharing hosts protect their earnings — detecting clawbacks and fee reversals, analyzing disputes, and protecting future pricing.

What it reads

When you are logged in and the extension is active, FleetGuardian reads your earnings, transaction, reservation, and vehicle data from the car-sharing platform. It only ever reads from your own account — data you can already see by logging in yourself — and processes it in your browser.

What we keep — and don't

We do not store your earnings or transaction data. Several times a day, the extension sends your current data to our processing service (a Cloudflare Worker) to do two things: spot new charges by comparing one-way fingerprints (irreversible SHA-256 hashes of each transaction — never the underlying numbers), and calculate price protection for your future dates. The raw earnings and transaction data is used in the moment and then discarded; only the fingerprints are retained, and they are overwritten on the next scan.

Concretely, what we store is: your license info (email, first name, license key, subscription status, and the billing identifiers ThriveCart gives us) and your pricing settings (your per-vehicle price caps and the future dates we've confirmed pricing on), plus basic scan state. That's the whole list — no earnings, no transaction history, no guest information.

To set prices, each scan also sends your vehicle details (including identifiers like VIN and license plate from your Turo account) to the processing service. These are used to apply pricing and are not stored.

AI features (OpenAI)

FleetGuardian's AI features — Otto (the built-in chat assistant), clawback explanations, dispute analysis, and dispute-letter drafting — are powered by OpenAI's API. They run only when you choose to use them, never automatically and never during scans.

These features are stateless on our end: when you ask one of them about a specific reservation — for example, asking Otto about a trip — that request is passed straight to OpenAI to generate the answer and handed back to you. The request can include the trip's financial details, the related transaction amounts, and the text of your Turo message thread (which may contain information your guest typed, such as their name). We don't store the conversation or that context — it's used only to produce that one answer, and OpenAI does not use it to train its models.

We never send your account email, your name, your license key, your payment information, or your full earnings history to OpenAI.

Third-party services

FleetGuardian relies on four services, each for a single job:

• Cloudflare — hosts the processing service and the limited data described above (encrypted at rest).
• OpenAI — powers the AI features, only when you trigger them. We don't retain what's sent, and OpenAI doesn't use it to train its models.
• Resend — sends your transactional emails: license delivery, renewal and expiry notices, and — when you have alerts enabled — the new-charge and clawback alert emails.
• ThriveCart — handles billing and confirms your subscription is active (it receives your email for this check).

No analytics, tracking, or advertising services are used — there are none in the product.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use (FleetGuardian)

Uninstalling FleetGuardian

Remove the extension from Chrome and all local data is deleted. The limited data on our side stays on file unless you ask us to delete it — email [email protected] and we'll remove it within 30 days. Note that uninstalling does not cancel your subscription: cancel anytime through the ThriveCart Customer Hub (linked in the extension and your billing emails), then remove the extension.

FleetSheet

FleetSheet is a Google Sheets tool (built on Google Apps Script) that turns your Turo payouts and expenses into a clean profit-and-loss view.

FleetSheet sends us nothing

Like the FleetSync script, FleetSheet runs entirely inside your own Google account. It has no server and makes no network calls to us — everything it touches (your spreadsheet, your imported CSVs, your expense form and its responses) stays in your Google account. We never see, receive, or store any of your financial data.
